New volunteer fire station of 11,969 SF area on a 1.108ha site with a total of 50 parking stalls.

The project included a radiant in-floor heating, a vehicle exhaust extraction system for the fire trucks, a commercial kitchen, heated and cooled by a HVAC system consisting of 4 separate climate zones. Features a generator capable of supplying the entire building. Brand new fire alarm system was incorporated.
