The project comprised of a two-level tenant space renovation in a repurposed historical building in downtown Hamilton.

The Mantecon team worked closely with the architect and the kitchen consultant to provide the Engineering needs of the project. This included structural reinforcing of the main floor and the addition of two means of egress from the lower floor to meet OBC requirements for the new occupancy. Mechanical and electrical services met the needs of the two commercial kitchens this included up sized gas service for the ovens and stoves, large exhaust hoods, make air units, specialized hood exhaust and fire protection. Grease traps were added to control drains from sinks.
