Activity Plex
ActivityPlex is a chain of commercial retail spaces being constructed throughout Southern Ontario.
Existing warehouses and large retail buildings that are a minimum of 20-feet high are being subdivided into self-contained units at 1,000 sq. ft. intervals. The units are then leased for children’s studio space-based activities.
The leased space is then completed under tenant improvements. Work includes both base building and the tenant improvements.
