Niagara Regional Housing - Development of Affordable Rental Housing

Mantecon Partners Inc. was the lead engineering design team for the multi-residential intensification project for Niagara Regional Housing to support the goal to provide a mix of housing for people at all stages of life, and to accommodate the needs of all household sizes and incomes.
The project included the demolition of the existing 12 single-family housing units built in the 1950’s. The existing units were demolished and removed from site prior to the construction of a 55 unit – 3-storey apartment building and a 18-unit – 3-storey apartment building. Each building holds common areas and office space.
