The business at the corner of John and Jackson streets in Hamilton is a 7,000 sq. ft. building encompassing many of the companies’ trademark finishes. Working closely with Lintack Architects and the Client’s interior designer, the project has become a landmark in the historic building.

The project included full commercial kitchen capable of serving the 7,000 sq. ft. facility, full-service bar and wine coolers, an imported pizza oven, and full food preparation line. Mantecon Partners is presently in the construction phase of the second location in Hamilton located in an open plaza. We are also in the planning stage of a standalone location in St. Catharines.
