Walters Inc., a Hamilton based structural steel design, fabrication and erector, part of the Walter Group, with a long-standing connection with the Mantecon Team, engaged Mantecon Partners for the development of the East lands of their Hamilton Plant.
Mantecon Partners integrated team approach provided the necessary capabilities to take the project from inception to completion.
The civil team prepared the site plan for the five phased project including dealing with zoning, planning and engineering departments to achieve SPA.
The building design team prepared architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical permit and construction documents for the 80,000 SF phase 1 manufacturing build. During construction provided inspection services and on time delivery of changes due to owner’s requirements and site conditions.
The design and construction met the target time lines for Walter’s to meet installation of production equipment and meet their clients committed schedule.
