The Hamilton office of engineering firm VRM has become Mantecon Partners.
“We have a lot of good talent and we wanted them to feel like they had a vested interest in our firm. By forming Mantecon Partners we were able to give members of our staff an opportunity to own and be a part of the business,” said Founder Tony Mantecon.
“As Mantecon Partners we’ve been able to diversify and upgrade our office technology and ways of working. We’ve adopted the RevIt platform for 3D modelling and coordination of our varied disciplines. It’s a phenomenal client tool that allows our clients to see what they are getting in 3D and we can outline all of the equipment and services in the plans and drawings.”
“We’ve also expanded beyond our core engineering service and now offer project management services and have added new staff that are now LEED certified. Ultimately we wanted to give our customers the best service possible and we look forward to continuing to grow.”
